My goal is to get healthy AGAIN, stay healthy, stay fit and lose weight. Sounds nearly impossible? As a former marathon runner and active sporting participant, I know IT IS possible. Driving 7 days a week, high stress, no normal hours of restful sleep, no healthy choices for food, no easy way to work out or exercise. Trust me I know the goal is a uphill battle. So I am devising a challenging fun way to get fit, lose weight, stay fit AT NO COST.
About Fitness
I am an owner operator, I drive all over the US. When I was at home working a different business, I was running almost everyday, logging about 30 to 50 miles a week, staying fit. Now my life on the road has completely different challenges. It’s nearly impossible to find healthy food, peaceful rest or normal working hours. Finding motivation is even more difficult. So I decided to find a way to challenge myself by challenging others.
So here is the challenge: Walk, jog or run at least 3 miles a day. Sounds impossible, doesn’t it? You are gonna have to trust me when I say: “IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE” once you do this a few times, you will find yourself being able to extend that distance.
